A robot that grows with its builder

Build it. Drive it. Teach it to think.

MAKIQO Robocar turns hands-on play into a clear learning path, from first joystick moves to block missions and real Arduino code.

Three ways to play

Start with fun.
Grow into logic.

There is no complicated setup screen. Pick a mode, place the robot on the floor, and learn by trying.

01

Free Drive

Take the wheel, discover the controls, and turn the room into a road.

Joystick + smart assists
02

Color Race

Build a track with color cards. Every color changes the race in a surprising way.

Fast, physical challenges
03

Mission Game

Solve level-based missions by arranging simple movement blocks in the right order.

50 guided missions

Code Lab

See the algorithm before writing the syntax.

Colorful blocks make sequence, timing, direction, and sensor conditions visible. Learners can test one step, run the full mission, and fix their own path.

  • Guided missions introduce one idea at a time.
  • The robot turns abstract logic into physical movement.
  • The same ideas continue inside the Arduino Academy.

Quick answers

Before the first lap

What age is MAKIQO Robocar designed for?+

The guided app experience is being designed for ages 8 to 13. Older learners can continue into Arduino programming through the buyer Academy.

Does it need a home Wi-Fi network?+

No. The robot creates its own local Wi-Fi connection for the app. The handheld controller communicates directly with the robot.

What will be included?+

The planned kit includes the robot, handheld controller, color activity cards, assembly guidance, mobile app, and buyer Academy access. Final contents will be confirmed before Kickstarter launch.

Are the product images final?+

Not yet. The current visuals communicate the product direction while the enclosure and production prototypes are completed.
